Roger Parsley (script)

After several years' teaching -- as Head of Drama and Head of English at Secondary level, Roger trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama, subsequently becoming a Drama adviser in Essex. He has worked professionally as a Director and Writer in T.I.E, and was closely associated with the nationally-touring SNAP Theatre Company for 25 years. His many classic adaptations include "Brideshead Revisited" and "Sense And Sensibility" and these, together with his musical plays "All For Your Delight" and "The End Of The Pier Show", are published by Samuel French. For Starshine, he has written "Jesus' Christmas Party" as well as the junior version of "Panto Pandemonium."

Ruth Kenward (songs)

Before establishing Starshine Music in 1999 (with head teacher husband John) Ruth Kenward taught in schools for twenty years, specialising in music. She has directed dozens of school musicals as well as conducting an award-winning school choir. She has written and co-written several musicals for children and is also editor of all the shows published by Starshine Music. 'Panto Pandemonium' is Ruth's first collaboration on a full-length show. Ruth is also co-author of a children's novel based on the musical 'Bully!' which she composed with Jo Sands.

Mark Dickman (arrangements)

Mark trained at the University of Southampton and with the National Youth Music Theatre. Now based in Birmingham, he works as a freelance arranger, musical director and keyboard player, touring extensively throughout the UK in many provincial and regional venues.

In the theatre, credits include West End & UK Touring productions of Wicked, Footloose, The Rat Pack, Whistle Down The Wind, Calamity Jane and Follies (Theatre Royal, Northampton).
